First introduced in 2014, the VP9 is a striker-fired, locked breech, “Browning type” tilt barrel pistol, and features a Picatinny rail. The HK VP9 carries the factory designation of the SFP9-SF. The VP9 is a polymer frame gun that sports an ambidextrous magazine release, lefthanded slide release, built in trigger safety, and drift only dovetail sights. The sights are a 3-dot configuration and can be ordered in tritium for low light and nighttime visibility.
